Ronit Sela

Ronit Sela is the Director for the Human Rights in the Occupied Palestinian Territories unit. She joined ACRI in January 2009, and has since worked in the organization’s International Relations Department, Public Outreach Department and Occupied Palestinian Territories Department, and has served as Director of ACRI’s Human Rights in East Jerusalem Project.  Prior to joining ACRI, Ms. Sela worked as a journalist, news editor, writer and translator for publications in Hebrew and English.  She has also taught English in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and has taught a course on journalism and ethics at Brandeis University’s summer program for high school students.  She holds a B.A. in History and Middle Eastern Studies.
